Winter Wonders

Recently we had our share of snowfall and here are some of the glimpses of it.

Raigadh

As we were exploring fort Raigadh, this little kid was playing nearby. Infact we had our lunch at his hut ! One of the finest cuisines I have had in a long time !
As you expect in the subcontinental region, light can be very harsh sometimes. This was one of those days when we had to put on protective gears...that explains boy's wink.
Put my shutter to for the briefest possible mode and aperture wide shut...

Magical evening

As you say Oil on Canvas...this was my Nikon D60 on canvas called horizon. I didn't do anything except I let the mysterious sky do it's work. This dance of colors was on for good 2-3 minutes which eventullay faded out to the complete darkness...

The Arcs

At Fort Panhala near Pune- Again, an evening time. These walls woke up with their colors and a dominance of mysterious black shades underneath the arcs.

So Far...

Blogging! This will be my attempt to start something new after a long long time, just exactly the way I started developing interest in Photography. There are lots and lots of things to learn as I have dared myself to explore the world of photography. As I started my journey last year, things haven't changed much apart from the fact that now I know, its not that easy. Still trying to make it look decent through an eye of the camera, cause it just ain't a pretty picture unless you really want to persue it.
Ok, this is getting unintentionally serious.
Have a look at some of my work so far and I promise to pour-in more as time goes by.
